Of zoals je op de afbeelding ziet op kleine taartjes met aalbessen of een andere vruchtjes naar keuze.<\/p>\n<p>De Lemon Curd is zeer snel klaargemaakt, lees verder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bereidingstijd: 10 minuten<\/p>\n<p>Baktijd:\u00a05 minuten<\/p>\n<p>Afkoelen: 30 minuten<\/p>\n<p>Dosis: 300 gram<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benodigdheden<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kleine steelpan<\/li>\n<li>zesteur<\/li>\n<li>houten pollepel<\/li>\n<li>garde<\/li>\n<li>glazen weckpot<\/li>\n<li>Citruspers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sap van 2 biologische Citroenen<\/li>\n<li>zest van 1 biologische Citroen<\/li>\n<li>4 eidooiers<\/li>\n<li>100 gram roomboter<\/li>\n<li>100 gram fijne kristal suiker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bereiden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Was de Citroenen en rasp de schil van de Citroenen en hak de zest zeer fijn.<\/p>\n<p>Pers de Citroenen uit.<\/p>\n<p>Doe de boter, Citroensap, Zest, suiker en de eidooiers in een pan.\u00a0Verwarm het op matig vuur, blijf regelmatig roeren totdat het mengsel dikker wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Het is goed als het op vladikte is, zet de pan vervolgens in koud water om af te koelen.<\/p>\n<p>Doe de Lemon Curd over in een gesteriliseerde\u00a0glazen weckpot en bewaar het in de koelkast tot gebruik.
